Yvonne is a Highborn Space Amazon Warrior, daughter of Mistress Lily and Captain Jim Johnson. (Starship Bloopers TOS) Born out of the two rival commanders’ affair, Yvonne spent the first year of her life with her mother on New Habsburg, learning the foundations of Hive history, military doctrine and martial arts. When Yvonne turned 12 Months old (The equivalent of 9 human years) her mother decided Yvonne’s education could use some influence from Jim’s crew and especially from one “Soldier” named Stephanie who made a strong impression on Lily during her time spent on board the Teran ship.

As the Final War of the 3 Kingdoms progressed, Yvonne became one of the elements cementing the bonding tissue between the Terrans and the Amazons, preventing the coup from escalating into an all-out Imperial civil war. Once the war over, Yvonne followed Jim and crossed over to the Spice Renaissance Era.

Ivonne was then a 2 years old “adult” Amazon and her arrival in the era happened just in time for the early recruitment of Alice by the Dominatrix. (Funky-Spice TOS)

Yvonne was also present at a 3rd historic turn of event: The landing of the Dominatrix on New Habsburg. While it remains unwritten, it is assumed that Yvonne was made a Mistress by that time and went on to become a successful force commander for the Amazon Hive. Like Alice and Jennifer, Yvonne had retained her youthful appearance well into the Imperial growth Era and was visibly still in her prime at the landing.

The recast

Her role in three such historic events make Lady (or Mistress) Yvonne a key historical figure of the Blooperverse. The new Gen8 character means we have not seen the end of the laser-sword wielding Amazon. Since the original character completed the loop from crossing over back in time to living through the Imperial expansion it is only fitting that the recast has been made ready for action in both 21st century and galactic future wardrobes.

Although Yvonne has above average height and musculature for a Terran female, she is bellow average compared to Amazon standards. Even when compared to natural births, which excludes genetically optimized clones, she barely satisfies the minimum physical requirements for combat and leadership roles on New Habsburg. The reasoning behind the casting choice is that her Mother Lily was of small stature, her father was of average height, and Yvonne only spent half of her childhood on New Habsburg. The other half of her physical development happened on a Teran Spaceship, far away from the Ecosystem known to be favorable to the Amazons’ growth.
